Apply golf size portion to wet hair. For BEST results: Deep Condition hair under a plastic cap with or without heat for 30 mins- 1hr. Stream Treatment allows conditioner to fully penetrate follicles for maximum moisture retention. Rinse out all of the conditioner with Luke Warm water OR Rinse out half using the other half as a leave-in conditioner.
