Minors must have a parent or guardian sign the Parental Consent Form on the Guest Intake Form to receive Services. It is Oya Nature'l Spa's practice to offer the safest and most conservative approach to delivering therapeutic Services to our Guests, including minors who require additional contractual and safety precautions. Therefore, ALL Guests Minors under the age of 16 must be have a parent or guardian in the room during the service.
